We guarantee each product from the moment it leaves our shop to the point it is received by the customer. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship the order to ensure are are satisfied with the product.

Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:
  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

Tempest Art will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us noting your order number. It would also be good to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Returns Policy

Report a problem with your order

Any problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

Cases where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered will be handled at your expense by placing a new order. Returned items of this nature get donated to charity.

You can report problems with an order through your Tempest Art dashboard, or by contacting us.

Be aware that Tempest Art may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

Accepted Reasons for Returns

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us immediately!

Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks (30 days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by contacting us.

Not Accepted Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed shipment:

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Buyer's remorse:

Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges (with the exception of manufacturer errors) are offered at your expense.

A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept. Returned items of this nature get donated to charity.
