Image Border & Sizing

In order to maintain the highest level of image quality, there may be slight variations in sizing for certain prints. For example, a work listed as a 24” x 36” will produce a 24” x 36” print with no border. However, if "with border" is selected, the size of the image will be slightly smaller (22” x 34” )

Image Color Disclaimer

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colors and details, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Colors may differ slightly from photos due to different monitor settings.

Shipping Info

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be emailed once your order departs our facility. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Please allow up to a week for processing and shipping, this allows us to ensure our prints meet certain quality standards and that our packages are properly managed.

Print Handling and Care

Once your package has arrived, please handle the print with extreme care for visual inspection. Make sure there are no visual damages to the package and to the print itself. Under no circumstance should the print be put down on the carpet/ floor/ or any surface with the front side facing down. Print should only be otherwise handled when being placed in a frame.

Framing Prints

We currently do not offer print framing as a service. Unless you are comfortable with framing a delicate piece of art, we recommend using the skills of a local professional framer to frame your artwork. This ensures that your art will be better protected from accidents. The product page contains the available sizes we offer for that specific print.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

All prints in our website have Tempest Art logo watermark for image theft protection. However, the logo watermark will not appear in prints you purchase.

To maintain a high standard of quality, we review every artwork prior to shipping. We’ll usually dispatch the artwork within 5 working days after it has been sold, except when an artwork is custom made, special adjustments have been requested, or other special circumstances.

We’re currently handling international shipping on an individual basis. Delivery will vary with destination. Customs fees, insurance fees, and possible delays may apply.

You can cancel your order for any reason up until we ship the artwork. Just contact us and let us know immediately after you decide.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (Ideally within 24 hours) to make a claim and receive additional instructions.

If you don’t see your order status email notifications, check your spam or junk folder. It may have accidentally ended up there. If it has, please be sure to add us as a contact so it does not happen again.
